Account Management

When you start Enemy Territory: Quake Wars for the first time you have primarly to create a new profile. Then on the next logins you are always able to choose between your different profiles.

Create a profile

1. Click on Create User in the login menu.

2. Then you got three different options:
2.1 Create a new online account (create a new profile to play online)
2.2. Use a existing account (add an already existing account to the list)
2.3. Create a user to play offline only (create a new profile which you are only able to use offline)

3. The you will be asked for your account informations. A online account needs a unique username, a password and a CD-Key (you can find the key on the backside of your manual) and a valid email address. For a already existing accound you just have to enter the username and the password and for the offline acount only a username.

Important note: Neither  Activision, Splash Damage or id Software will ever asc you for your CD-KEY. You are not allowed to pass it on to somebody else.
